Had a great 10 mile run with my hubby, headed out to the Boardwalk, and added some bridges...not sure what was going on with my watch but I will post my times...10 miles in 1:48:15...really proud!!!

6 miles on my elliptical today at level 5
Upper body strength training. For my Arnold Presses and back lateral, I moved up from 5 pound weights to 7 1/2 today.

Five mile solo run, followed by a 5-mile walk with my friend recovering from surgery. Can't wait to run with my buddy again.

I was going to swim in the bay but my resting heart rate was elevated so I figured I needed more recovery from my ride yesterday and slept in.

Who else uses their resting heart rate to decide when to take a rest day?

3 hours of Hill work.  Pulling weeds and cleaning up the hill in my back yard to have pinestraw laid.  I think the 5K was easier.
