did a 5K with Paul this morning... 24:11, not a great race for me, but not horrible either. course was a bit hilly and mostly gravel road, but not too bad. my biggest problem was i tweaked my back last night doing nothing but bend over to pick something up... i was good for the race thanks to icy-hot and tylenol, but i'm feeling the pain in my back now.
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??
right now. somewhere. somebody is working harder than you.

lol Andrew! The class was supposed to be one hour from 10:15 to 11:15 but the instructor got mixed up and thought we were supposed to go till 11:30. I didn't mind though since Saturday is really the only day that I have time to get in the extra gym time. Our class is a little more hip hop than the typical zumba class. You should see my big but popping and locking all over that room! Fun or should I say, funny! lol
6 mile interval walk/run. Average pace 14:08 minute miles. Hope to do some strength training later.
Good luck on the 5K tomorrow!
