10 min walking on the TM for warmup/cooldown
48:01 on TM running (10K) - not feeling it today, this was a struggle for the entire run, i was supposed to do one more mile, but cut it short... 6 - 1/2 mile repeats, 1/4 mile recovery, 1 mile warmup, just under 1 mile cooldown.

Thanks. I thought I would try a different dreadmill routine today as it was my last run before Saturday. If I could pull this off Saturday I would be happy. Going to see if I can set my Garmin up for Pace alerts to make sure I am not going out to fast to start.

Had a monster swim today in the ocean. Not sure it really is going to help me too much as far as open water, since the water is crystal clear, but it was amazing. Not sure how far but I probably did an hour of swimming. Seemed so effortless, but my body is telling me it wasn't right now... Ya Mon, Jamaica is pretty awesome.
Ok, I'm officially jealous. Do any snorkeling? Jamaica sounds wonderful right about now.
