Wednesday workouts

Lap Band on 11/17/09 with
 900 meter swim
20 mile bike ride 
Wish I would have remembered my running shoes because it would have been a great day to run.  I think I am almost ready to sign up for White Lake Sprint Tri but still want to work on my swim a little more.  Going to have a few rest days starting Friday we are heading to Boston. My husband is running on Monday we are so excited.

1500 meter swim, lifting triceps, biceps, and ab.

I am really happy I found a 20-week ironman training plan that includes 2 weight training sessions a week, I feel that no matter which sport you choose to pursue, weight training is still very important.
