I have not been feeling well lately...Really run down and achy...So today it was only 40 minutes.

Today was shoulder, chest and bicep day... Wheeee...

Oh, I did get a 1.5 mile pack walk in with the dogs after dinner and also 20 minutes on the eliptical machine, but my weights sucked... I think I am fighting allergies or a cold.

Six mile run through the puddles and dodging the lightning. I guess it makes for a faster run.

Did the bike and bus thing to work...About 6 miles total.  On my way home I got a massage at the local flea market...$10.  Went home, changed all the way, then rode to the local high school...Watched a baseball game.  Good times.

1 hour spin class this morning followed by a 1 mile brick at 8 minutes. This evening I got outside and rode 13.5 miles in a hair over 34 minutes.

3.5 mile walk. Tried running, but was just too tired. Hernia acting up today.
