Today was supposed to be a rest day, but since I will be traveling to see my hubby tommorrow, I thought I better get my run in today....did a hard 5 miles...in the wind and 82 degree weather...not used to that...but I was only 11 seconds slower than my best 8k...so I will take it!!!
