 25 min walk and 10 minute jog with my older sister this am.  So excited she is wanting to start running and hoping we can all do a 5k together this summer.  

How are you getting your moves in today?

Started the week off with a Brick.

10 mile of spin
2.1 mile dreadmill

Total time was something like 55 minutes.

25 minutes weights.

 a beautiful day here in Virginia Beach, headed for a 5k, another good run, under 30 min again...I am getting stronger!!!!

This morning I did my toning exercises for 45 minutes. These are for my back, my knees and my abodmen. Back and knee exercises are due to my arthritis and recent knee surgery.  Yup that's right! Four days before I had the RNY, I had left knee arthroscopy where they filed down my damaged knee cap and floated it back into place as well as roto rooter of the arthritis. This afternoon I will be walking for 45 minutes. I find if don't do my toning exercises AND my walking, I stop losing and start gaining. My goal is to get up to 5 miles a day. Right now its only 2 1/2 miles. This is a slow pace, I know but today is my 3 week surgiversary for my RNY and my 3 1/2 week surgiversary for my left knee. Dory from the Nemo movie is my motivator...LOL Just keep walking, just keep walking!!!

90 minutes of weights - back/shoulders
2 mile run
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

It's definitely a rest day for my legs.

Maybe some arm weights tonight.  MAYBE.
