I'm 5 foot 7 at 174lbs
At my last body composition scan I have 128lbs lean mass and 46.2 lbs of body fat.
So 46.2lbs of body fat is 26.6% and the normal range is 24% for a female which means I'm just 4lbs of body fat above the normal range.
When I started at 299lbs I had 150lbs of fat, giving me a %age of 50% body fat.
Hope this helps.

My scale claims my body fat % is around 17-19 and I have 93-96 lb of muscle (and 4.8-5.0 of bones). I'm not sure I believe it for various reasons so I'm going to get either a DEXA scan or a BodPod scan done.
