So what do you do with all your bling?

 I love the bling.  After years of watching my kids get medals and trophies for soccer, I love getting the medal at the end of the race.  So to motivate me, I take all our momentos from a race and make shadow boxes which I hang in my workout room.  What do you do with all your bling?

those boxes look really cool!  i have most of my medals hanging on a nail in my office @ work.  my wife bought me a really cool shadow box/display case for my goofy challenge stuff, which i still need to put together as well.

 Wow Jill, your bling is very impressive!  Don't know if I've ever said it, but thank you so much for your service to our country.  I don't know what it all signifies, but you must have been very successful and effective!  Thank you.

Thank you immensely for supporting our troops. Over the past week with the government almost being shut down we(Army fa miles) have been getting a lot of flack for complaining about not receiving full pay(husband is active duty Army). The troops do so much for us, I think the least we can do is ensure full pay. I have been to a third world country, and wish I could truly show people how good Americans have it, and how lucky we are to live here, and just how much we owe to our troops. Always keep our fallen troops in your heart.

Most of my stuff in the frame is from my 2 deployments to Iraq. I will always cherish the 5 years I was in the Army.

 Much thanks to your husband and all your army pals.  I work in for a missile defense company so I know just how important our troops are and how important it is to provide the tools to defend them.  I pray for the day that having an army is not needed, but until then, we owe our soldiers a big THANK YOU for all you and they are willing to put themselves through to defend our freedoms.  We are lucky to have you!  I hope the government crisis doesn't affect you.
