How do I tone while I lose to avoid excess skin?
I know that I will have excess skin, but apart from cardio, is there a good way to tone areas like the upper arms and thighs? Any good "after WLS" fitness websites you could reccomend? I'm looking for a fitness routine and trying to avoid paying for a trainer - I'm saving for clothes in smaller sizes!
