shoes and shoe sizes

Wondering if any of you saw your shoe size change when you lost weight?  I deal with these clown like feet that are both wide and high, requiring really 6e width, but effectively 4e and a size up.. meaning I never really have shoes that truly fit me, nor do I have a great selection because of the 4e requirement.
Several folks have told me their feet changed when they lost the weight - I know my feet are now really boney looking, but my size is exactly the same.  Any of you notice a change?

I'm running with Asics Kayano 17s these days, but thinking of switching back to Nike Vomero.  As a big guy I guess I really need the cushioning though I would like to go with a lighter shoe.

Unfortunately my shoes size stayed exactly the same, I still wear a clowny women's 11. The only different I have noticed is that after a few months of wear the toe box doesn't stretch out as wide. I have even been fitted at the running shoes store to see if my shoe size got smaller, but they still measured me at an 11

I lost half a size and went to a normal width shoe.

I was a 10 1/2 extra wide (ee-eee?), now wear a 9 1/2 normal width. But my toes swell when running so they have me in a 10 wide running shoe.

I've been rocking a men's 12 running shoe for the last year - preop I was an 11 or so, but with the inserts I've had to up a size.  I've noticed that I went to a narrow though in the past year and a half because they feel less bulky.  My dress shoes have all proven to be too wide now so I've had to get new ones...the sized didn't change, just the width..

I've got gigantic feet, but if they were littler I'd probably fall over..
