Awesome workout with trainer and then 30min cardio.
I did 50 minutes of squats, lunges, step ups that I struggled to do 30 seconds of only 3 weeks ago. I feel amazing!!

This is my 2nd week of exercise~ 3 days a week @45 min.

I actually ran on the treadmill today, my HR got right on target within 3 min and I was able to recover quickly and got it back up there. I did it!

I copied the work out I did with the trainer the other day. I actually did 2 reps in the roman chair!
I worked out for a solid hour, the natural high helped me do dishes, clean the kitchen and make lunch for the family~

My tummy is flapping a great deal, any ideas for under clothes stuff to help compress or control the flap during running?

I sure do like this Now, I understand why my Dad is a gym rat!

PS I am also looking for an arm band for my iphone, so many online have terrible ratings...

Compression shorts and shirts. Under armor makes them but I usually by the cheap stuff from walmart.

 got in a nice 1200 yard swim with my fastest times yet. Paddles have really helped my form especialy my entry.
