I walked 6 miles today, along the river. It was a beautiful day, and while I'm sore, I am not miserable like I was expecting!

GREAT Saturday morning run on the Muskatawa Trail. My wife (Lyn) road her bike and acted as my running support, carrying the water and Gu. Did 13.44 (yea - that's another 1/2 Marathon under my belt) and cut my 1/2 Marathon time by 10 Mins! WOOHOO! I love my Saturday morning long runs and it was especially great with the love of my life there with me. Hey, since it was a bike ride and run, does that count as a Brick???
