Did the bike and bus thing I posted last week.  About 6 miles total on the bike.  I was trucking to make the bus after work...That was really my only hard workout for the day.

5K jog - yes, jog, well, except for the walk between 1.22 and 1.3 miles, I jogged (slowly) the rest of it!

I went back to my tri club's track workout. Boy, was that a mistake. I need to stop doing the kind of running I'm doing and go back to LSD until I'm more healed.
