 45 minute walk along the water, boy was it windy!  Planning on strength and pt tonight.  How are you moving it today?

60 min of weights (shoulders/back/bi)
60 min spin class (AT intervals, felt ok today)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

15 min spin to warm up.
45 minutes weights.
60 min spin class. (Same as Bill and while he felt ok I was happy to have survived!)


I will be doing this class on a regular basis though.

 Rest day with a massage, I had her spend the whole hour on my left hip...very tight, will be going back next week...I was crazy tight!!!

Have a meeting after work so 45 min on the treadmill it is again for me tonight!!!  Can't wait until I am able to motivate myself to get up and workout early in the morning before work!!

45 minutes of walking... hoping to get in another 45 moving around the house. yes, walking in place, FAST!

30 minutes on the arc trainer
10 minutes on the cross ramp

9 holes of disc golf - it was my first time so there was LOTS of walking around the course!!
