Seriously... I have never ran a solo or standalone half marathon ever! ***(Clarification for the BillMeister  )  I am VERY anxious to see what I can pull this weekend! Maybe sub 1:45??? We will see....

I never would have guessed that. I like to do the run distance stand-alone before I do them in the tris. But I've never done a stand-alone marathon so obviously it's not a hard and fast rule.

sub 1:45 would be sweet... you can do it.  and for everybody else, i called shenanigans on FB for claiming he's never done a half mary with all those 70.3's under his belt :)

Well, if my HM PR is 1:51:17, it should be a piece of cake for you to go sub 1:45, you are an incredible athlete Dan! Good luck!
