That is all.  My public service announcement for the day.

Oh you know me, it's never that's all.

Two weeks ago, I managed half a mile.  This week when I went out, I could barely run .25 of a mile.  Today, I ran the whole frigging mile!  Then felt so empowered that I continued and did a lot more running than walking on our 6 mile training today.  My average pace was 14:21 minute miles and my best pace was 9:59 minute miles.  Did the six miles in 1:27 which is amazing for me.

Maybe I can jog the whole 5K on April 23rd.  I was beginning to think it was a hopeless cause.

Way to go! I think you'll be able to jog the 5k, all the excitment from the race will get you to the finish line.

Great job. You can jog the 5k if you keep your pace and don't get carried away with the event.
