Congrats on beating your race time! That's great!

Did six miles also on an overcast but nice day with my Team Challenge group. Took my mentor's dog with me for the run as my mentor wasn't feeling well. I love running with a four legged companion.

31 miles is good girl.  Just take it easy on yourself and you'll get there.  Look, at least you got on the bike and look how far you were able to go.  You are a very strong lady and an inspiration!

Take care.

Thanks, I thought I was over "the incident" that happened 2 weeks ago, but apparently I'm not. Today, I freaked out every time I saw a wood line......I had this fear something was going to run out of the woods and attack me. This is a route I ride on all the time and nothing has ever happened, but today the anxiety and panic took over.

I had panic attacks years ago over things that happened in Iraq, it took a few months to get back to normal, I hope this doesn't take that long, I have big races to prepare for.

We did a run workout this week. I couldn't do the whole thing because of my calf. I guess I can't run two days in a row just yet.
