Okay so it is not that impressive, but I am the lightest I have ever been and
just got into the swing of working out. I am starting to feel the natural high and
it helps with my OA (osteoarthritis).

What plan or website have you found to help with ABs?
My muscles in my legs and arms are doing great but my middle is so mushy.
I tried one of those machines at the gym with weight for crunches and
could barely move my arms down and legs up...at 20 pounds, the lowest setting.

Thanks for your input and advice~Cheri

Congrats on your new record! Doesn't that feel wonderful?! When I started a year ago, I could barely do a mile in 20 minutes. Just keep going and you'll get it.

I have no advice on the ABs as I'm still figuring my own strength training. Good luck!

great job!

i came up with my own ab workout from past experience and a little google research.  i would suggest if you don't have any experience to do a google search (some folks here use particular websites and can probably list them) and/or consult with a trainer.  you may be able to get a decent routine after just one or two sessions with a trainer.  personally i do this as part of my core workout:

oblique machine
ab machine
lower back machine
crunches (including obliques)
incline situps
reverse situps
leg pull ups
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
