Great training Paul!
I did a 4.2 mile run on the dreadmill. Then a quick 1000 meter swim, I hit new milestone in the pool and for the first time, did 100 meters in under 2 minutes. I wanted to swim longer, but one of my long lost Army buddies was coming in for a visit in the afternoon and I wanted to be showered, dressed, and ready by the time she got here.

CFE run. 2 min hard, 2 min rest, 90 seconds hard, 90 seconds rest, and down to 30 seconds hard, 30 seconds rest. Then I was BEAT!
