Today is a proud day!!! I went on my 3 mile run and I FINALLY broke 30 min....did 28.44...I have never been so excited!!! Here is my link...keep in mind that you will see about 5 min where I went nowhere....LOL...I must of hit my watch while I was stretching....also the dip at 25 min was my dog cut in front of me and I had to put on the breaks....Such a good day!!!
