so far, 35 minutes of walking at lunch, which is 2+ miles. I think I'd like to walk another hour at dinner break. My legs are sluggish from the hard run I did yesterday.

update: I walked another 45 minutes at dinner! YAY! Hope to do some sit ups and arm weights tonight.

I ran for 1.5 miles at lunch and did circuit weight training. Volleyball tonight for a couple hours.

Rode my bike to McDonalds this morning...Beautiful day.  2.5-3 miles each way.  Doing some yard work this afternoon...Weedeating, pruning, planting...

 Hit the gym for my 4 mile run on the dreadmil, my miles are going to start going up this week.....I am starting to get a little excited to see how well I can do training for my half!!!

BRUTALITY on the trails this evening! 6.87 miles in 1:06:53 for a 9:44 pace with 1400 Feet of elevation. I am not quite sure, but that may be a PR for me on this meat grinder...
