Wednesday Workouts
60 minutes on the dreadmill with a couple minute cool down for a total of 5.4 miles. (on track for my 10k in july)
45 minutes weights (push muscle groups)
I just noticed today that I have logged 66 miles running since Feb 1. This is huge for me considering this time last year I had run ZERO! miles.

I just did cardio today because I am not sure how to use the weight machines yet at the new gym I joined. I am meeting with a trainer on Tuesday to get that routine started. Here is what I did:
25 minutes on the Recumbant bike with alternating hills
25 minutes on the Arc Trainer weight loss setting
