Resistance bands

 I was told to buy some resistance bands to help with my low impact workouts, is there a better brand to purchase?  I have seen some at Wal-Mart, but I have not had good luck with that sort of thing from Wal-Mart.

I'm on my 2nd set in 10 years from Beachbody.com (the ones Tony Horton uses in P90X).  Loved the first ones--they literally dry rotted after 9 years so last year bought a new set.

 About how much does a set of those go for and where can you get them?  Just the website?  Those are really what I am looking for.

www.beachbody.com.  $40 for a set--but make sure you order one extra set of handles ($5)...they only give you 2 sets of handles with 3 bands....go figure.  I have the extreme kit, but I'm a workout psycho

 Thanks for sharing the link.  I will definatly get myself a second set of handles as well.  I was told these can work many muscle groups and you control the resistance, sounds like my kind of workout!
