3 mile walk this morning, 3 mile run this evening followed by 30 min dancing and 30 min stretching

 30 minutes on bike trainer and 3 mile run

6 miles of speed play on the treadmill including:

4 by 3 minutes @ 7.5 mph; 2 min RI
4 by 1 minute @ 8 mph; 1 min RI
4 by 1 minute @ 9 mph ; 1 min RI

Rounded out the evening with 40 inutes on the trainer at 21.5 MPH... A little over 14 miles.
