Monday Workouts!
I put the smack down on my bike this evening. 20.17 miles in 53:17 averaging over 23mph, which for me, is a definite PR. I pushed myself hard tonight and it felt awesome!!!

Today is Kettlebell Monday!
Did a 1 mile warm-up run and then an interesting workout.
First we did tabata rounds of both abmats (a kind of crunch where you have a mat to lay on to protect your back) and then a rope throwing thing. It was a freaking heavy rope!
Then we did 12 min. of just about every kind of one arm kettlebell exercise there is so that we worked every part of our body. The last minute was a plank (no bells).
Finally we stretched and foam rolled.
