 Nice 5.79 miles in 54:03 mins.  Beautiful sunny morning.  A little cool (23 degrees) but nice and sunny!

One hour with trainer...

Squats, leg lifts, pull-ups (who knew I could do those???), more squats and standing crunches. Oh and did I mention squats...sheesh!

90 minutes of weights - arms
1.5 mile run (just didn't have any more in me)
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

1 hour of Zumba, jamming out harder in my bedroom than I do in real class. :D

35 minutes on treadmill, easing back into running so that included two 5-minute runs and an 8 minute run, with 3' walking in between.

15 minutes running on treadmill with bursts of extra speed
30 minutes on elliptical

need to do some weights when I get home @ 9pm.

Update: did arm weights and core work!
