Wanting an exercise partner......

Hi, I am four years post op and have met goal and stayed there. I have exercised 4-5 days a week for all of that 4-5 years and have stayed true to what I promised myself when I started this journey. Now I am finding that it is getting harder and harder. I am still within the weight range I set for myself when I started but at the upper end of it. I have gotten married in the last month and started a new job in the last three months, oh and I am in the last few months of college getting my second degree. I think I am burned out, or maybe just tired. Anyway. I need some help to stay on track, lol. Iwould welcome any support and decided I will post on here as often as I can as I know this place is wonderful.

Thanks

Congratulations for keeping up the exercise for so long. I know I wouldn't be doing nearly as well with exercise if I didn't have an exercise buddy. Maybe you could recruit someone from work to start working out with you. The thing with having a buddy is that you have to coordinate schedules, but other than that, it's great!

You are a busy person - don't be too hard on yourself.

welcome!  your on the right track posting here.  just use us as your virtual exercise partners, it really helps in the motivation and inspiration departments.  post often in the daily workout threads (like you did today).
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
