What do the post op RNY people do to help with keeping the skin from sagging so much?
Working out and weight lifting help the muscles under the skin...which does help with appearance. But I was told by my surgeon that the extent of the saggy, droopy skin is caused more by heredity, age, how obese the person was and how long they were obese. Time might help the extent of the sagginess but there's not much that can be done beyond plastic surgery.
I have a lot of sagginess and I workout 6 times a week. I haven't seen much difference in appearance. I can feel the the muscles under all of the flab but unfortunately I don't see much of a difference yet. But I don't work out just for appearance. I work out to feel stronger, to build my muscles for a more efficient metabolism, and for more strength to prevent injury while I jog.

everything that was said above.
For most people it's going to require plastic surgery to get rid of the extra skin.
You may lose some, but since skin isn't a muscle, there is no exercise that is going to firm skin. You can bulk up under it, but realistically unless you can build as much muscle as the amount of fat you lost, you are still going to have some saggy skin.
If there was a miracle product that removed saggy skin, someone would be really rich by now.
However it's not the case for everyone. When it comes to genetics, and how long you were obese. I have one lady in my local support group who lost almost all of her extra skin. She doesn't have any noticeable saggy skin and it just happened for her. She doesn't do anything beyond walking.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
I got my skin lopped off...

Ive lost over 250 lbs and have plenty of skin to go around. Most times, I can hide it under my day to day cloths. Most of my issues come from exercise. I have to wear compression clothes, as many of us do, to keep the motion of loose skin under control.
I to hope to have surgery to remove someday.

Option A) Compression clothes - shirt & pants; helps with both exercise and as underwear if dressing up and want to show off the "new' bod;
Option B) Platic Surgery or as Dan said above, just get it cut out. Good permanent option but based on everything I've read, should wait at least 18-24 months post WLS or post Goal Weight to ensure you are the size you are going to be or work at being;
Option C) Duck Tape - cheaper than either A or B above - but hurts a little when you take it off. Also works as a great hair removal option.
