Hey Guys,

Did a little Sprint this morning. 300M Swim, 13.80 Mile Ride, and 5K run... Legs were still pretty hammered from last week's 50 Mile Trail Run, but I still took 2nd. Splits as follows:

300M Swim: 4:43.6
T1: 1:47
13.8 Mile Ride: 41:11 (20.1 mph pace... SLOWWWWW & WINDY 15-20mph wind mostly cross)
T2: 1:25
5k Run: 24:29 (Slow, uber hilly, and nothing in the tank 7:54 avg pace)

Total Time: 1:13:37

I will get some solid times in this year... FOR SURE! Have an awesome day ya'll...

dude, cut it with the "slow" stuff.. some of us are stil aspiring to those speeds!

Well done man!

With this weather and my schedule.. my first tri of the year.. my first tri ever.. is going to be Orlando.. how stupid is that?  People keep telling me I am crazy, I think they are right.

Great job!

Slow?  a 13.8 mile bike ride would take me something like 2:30 - since I don't even own a bike and haven't been on one in 25 years!!  I'd just have to run that portion.  :)

Great race! Nothing slow about that! That swim, there must have been smoke on the water after you blazed through it.
