I am feeling mighty FINE!!!

 Congrats!!!!!  I am training for my first half in May....

So today was 5 miles....cold, windy and rainy here so had to do it on the dreadmill, was not fun, but I finished....53.32....better than my race time at the Shamrock (no potty break) :)

Congratulations on the half marathon!!!!

I did a 3 mile outside run with my group. Tough run today for me. I got my iron infusion Friday, so I should be feeling more peppy soon!

Great job! I ran eight miles this morning. It was cold. Can't wait until spring is here for real. Tomorrow is a half-marathon. Then hopefully I'll get to take a day of rest.

 way to go on those 13 miles!   Back and bi's for 40 minutes, 30 minute high cadence (over 95) on the trainer followed by a fast mile on the tm.. was gonna run more but my IT started to twitch up, and with a half next sat I decided discretion was going to be the better part of valour today..
