TGIF workouts :)

 back from a few days in Orlando.. lots of walking but not much real working out..  1600 yard swim, 2 mile interval workout (1 minute @ 6 min/mile, 1 min walking), 10 minutes stair machine 60 floors or so, and lower back and abs.  Good to be back, but the warmth was nice...

10 mile run out in the sprinkling skies. Felt great to get a long run in. Half marathon in 2 weeks.

Well, I was going to do my 4 miles on the cross trainer and 45 minutes of weight training, but my final for my class which for various reasons I couldn't take last night I could suddenly take this morning. So I did, and I passed my class! Yeah. It was causing me enormous amounts of stress which led to too much eating. I'm going to try to get a walk in at least today.

 Nice and easy 3.15 miles in early am.  A little cold (14 degrees) but ya warm up after the first quarter mile.
