thursday workouts
Tough workout this morning. Headed to the gym, dressed and thinking I would run outside. A little too icy for that, so started on the Dreadmill. Only did about a mile, but because I was over-dressed to be running inside, got real light headed and stopped. So, nice 1 mile warm-up (heat up) followed by 40 mins of weights/strength building. ENOUGH WINTER!!!
30 min. run followed by Power to the People and 4 rounds of: 15 Kettlebell Squats, 10 jumping lunges, 5 handstand pushups for time.
