60 min weights (core/legs)
60 min spin class - Aerobic Endurance day w/ some climbing and a little sprinting @ the end.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

60 minutes of spinning was good for 16 miles.
30 minutes weights.

I started off with the intent of hitting the pool but they had a group swim going so I had to move to plan B.  The odd thing on my spin is that I found it easier to maintain a higher RPM the last 15 minutes.
