Just rode my mountain bike 9.4 miles on the Greenway at lunch. Also have a couple hours of tennis practice tonight.

 Today was supposed to be a gym day, but was unable to make it, so I worked out at home...felt good!!!!  Did about 45 min...whole body....

It was a productive evening.

Strength training
27 minute run, including 4 by 2 minute intervals at 7.5 mph
1500 yard swim

Swim coach corrected my hand position to improve my "catch."
