60 min of weights (shoulders/bicep/back)
60 min spin class - hills and intervals, i'm pretty beat.  rest day tomorrow :)

 7.3 mile run outside.
I have not ran ouside since Christmas.  My time was much slower than I expected.  I guess the treadmill forces me to keep pace.  I need to run outside a lot more to make sure I get my half mary done in 2:15 like I hope.  The pace this morning, that would not have happened.

I hear you on that one Roy,

I don't think I have run outside since the end of last summer and very little running indoors.

It's going to be a long trip back to get into running again.
