My father just completed a half iron distance duathlon this past weekend....

check out this link for his race report: http://www.capemaybeach.net/GatorHalf2011/email.php?number=9

after you read it, realize that he is 70 and turns 71 this summer....  he is 10th on the list for his age group to rep team USA in the duathlon worlds.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
