Intense full body weight lifting circuit, then a 4 mile run right after it. After dinner I went to the pool, big mistake, I was still full from dinner, I made it to 800 meters and felt like I was going to puke in the pool so I called it a day. Also did physical therapy this morning.

2 miles on the TM - felt great, wanted to do another mile, but had to stop because a guy jumped on the TM next to me and smelled sooooo bad I got nauseous.

Treadmill today; 65 minutes total. Ran for 3 miles and walked 1.75 at 4 mph and incline of 2

Coached swim workout. Lots of catch drills. Plus some 500s. 60 min., 1.01 miles

On the way home I hit the gym for my Power to the People lifting. 10 min.
