 Got in my 5 mi at 5 am on the dreaded mill. Good work out but would have liked to be outside.  Mother Nature just did not want to cooperate!

Wed is usually rest day, but since I had a few bites of pie twice over the weekend, I'm gonna go walk the neighborhood this evening--3 miles hilly in under 45 mins....my "saddlebag" muscles always hurt good the day after I hoof the hood!

30 mins of cardio on the elliptical, lifting for my upper body, 10 min cool down walk on the treadmill.

30 minutes of walking in place at lunch. probably do another 30 at my dinner break. bounce around enough and I get my heart rate up!

EDIT: another 35 minutes at my dinner break. making my 13 hour work day work for me. Good times.

 Did not want to run today, but seeing as I am trying to be good, I went for a 4 mile run, one of those miles was with my 10 year old...he did pretty dang good...10:46 for his first time out...He will be smokin me before to long...
