60 min spin class - aerobic endurance, good class today, but the air streams weren't working so it turned into a  heat workout too :)   must. drink. water.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

I am three weeks postop and going back to my first karate class tonight. I will be teaching kids the first hour, and only doing the stretching and instructional parts of the adult class, for a few more weeks, anyway. No sparring for 8-10 weeks.

planned rest day, though might do some weights when I get home. scale disappointment this morning.

UPDATE: walked in place for 30 minutes, did arm weights, situps and jumping jacks.

Today is upper body strength training.

Had a good weekend. 3 mile hike...lots of big hills.
Then 3 mile walk at the track yesterday and lots of streching.

My knees are bothering me now, so Im afraid to run. I cant afford to get hurt. Not sure if it is soreness or injury. Never had pain in my knees before.

90 minutes of weights - arms
5k run outside .... found a paved cemetary that has lots of very steep hills and no flat ground anywhere.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
