Wow Rob, 7 miles with hills. I admire people that can run. How long have you been running?
Today is my easy day today since I work 12& 1/2 hour night shifts. (RN) so I just did the 30 day Shred.
Have a good day,
Kristi
Three years and although I did four years of spinning and hard cycling immediately after my surgery, running was never in my dreams. My running partner coherced me into running, and Scott and Cassie on this site were inspirational into helping me set some "unattainable" running goals. If you don't worry about the speed, finishing becomes the ultimate elixir.

did a 35 mile group ride, my garmin is toast so i think it took around 2 hours or so to finish. the ride is pretty hilly and there were some headwinds today, but a really fast group and strong riders... i was dropped like a bad habit around 18 miles in, i'm totally humbled by the experience as i was hammering as hard as i could. i'm actually kinda proud of myself, instead of feeling bad about getting dropped like i used to when something doesn't go my way, i was able to keep a smile on my face and make a goal of being able to keep up with the A guys sometime down the road.
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??
right now. somewhere. somebody is working harder than you.

Mother Nature forgot to turn up the thermostat for the 1st day of spring, but as least she blessed us with plenty of sunshine and blue skies.
Ran 11 miles with the Sunday morning crew this morning at a chilly 15 degrees.
This afternoon, when the temperature hit 37 degrees, my husband and I took advantage of the dry roads and did our first outdoor ride of the season. Wearing multiple layers, we put in a short 10-miler just to welcome the first day of spring.
