How many calories will a 30 minute strength training session burn?

Does anyone have a guess?

I usually crosstrain with running, low impact aerobics, step, & strength training (with weights). I'm just wondering how many calories the strength training burns.

Not sure but muscle burns calories while you are at rest so with more muscle you are burning calories even if you sit around and do nothing for the rest of the day.

Too many variables in that equation. The salorie burn during the lifting session won't be that high but you continue to burn cals all day as you repair and recover. kind of the same principle as HIIT training.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
