 Awesome back, bi and ab lifting session today.  First time in a while I hit it hard like that.  Went for a 10 mile spin on the road bike - it was very warm, but crazy windy... first 5 miles I flew averaging 20 mph.. second 5 back, with wind right in the face and uphill I averaged 12 mph...  Gosh I missed this!  Can't wait for real Spring to be here for good!

5 miles on the treadmill

Hit the intervals hard today. After warm-up, ran
4 by 1 minute @ 10 mph with 2 min RI 
2 by 2 minutes @ 8 mph with 1 min RI 
10 by 1 minute @ 9 mph with 30 sec RI

 2700 yards in the pool.  Total for the week is over 10,000 yards :)
Followed by a nice 5k on the road with a friend.
