Is anyone up to the challenge of the couch to 5k?  I am in week 1 day 3.  I found it on coolrunning.com.  Let me know, I'd love to have company on my journey!

I love that program. I used it to learn to run and then I used it to get back to running after an injury.

I'm doing a C25K program that I got off runkeeper.com.  I just did training day 18 out of 28.  It was a 50 minute light jog and I felt wonderful.  I went 3.66 miles for goodness sake.  Holy cow, I think I may need to train for a 10 K!

Good luck, it's so gratifying to train this way.  You see rapid improvement, and it's so much better feedback than a scale weight.

Week 5..scares me!!! But so did week 4 and I kicked it's a**!!!
I never thought I was a runner.  And I just decided to try and it's working for me.
