Vivian posted this today in the RNY forum, but for those of you that don't read that forum, I wanted to share it with you.  It made me recommit to my weight lifting routine today, realizing that I've been all talk.

And yet one more from my "Pearls of Wisdom" / "Book of quotes".

    # 13. Running as sports go, seems to be a simple, basic, no frills endeavor. You count 1,2,3 then 1,2,3 again. Over and over. Sometimes you go 1,2,3,4 and possibly 5,6 and more. It's really pretty easy until you start counting faster.

The one I found today was on a car magnet and I bought it "It is not a mircle that I finished, it is a mircle that I had the courge to start"

My other fav is "My sport is your sport's punishment!"
