Ran .53 of a mile today and averaged 13.31 minute miles! Yeah, I'm getting faster.

Lead the new recruits on a 30-minute walk/run.  Our group is growing.

Then, hit the pool for my swim workout:  1650 yards
WU: 100 pull, 100 kick, 200 swim, 100 kick
MS: 4x75 (F/S/F); 4x75 (F/S/F); 6x25F; 4x25F; 
CD: 200 easy

Attempted my first metric century, a distance I have done before, but this would have been the first time supported, things went terrible wrong and I will tell you guys when I can get it out, I have been off and on crying since the incident. I am really shaken up.

Do sports qualify as workouts?

I played my first men's doubles tennis match today(an hour and a half.) Won handily, and felt great running around the court without having to worry about my knees and feet aching afterward like last season!
HW: 316 / SW: 294 / CW: 197.5 / GW: 195
First 5K: 29:50 mins. on 3/12/11 (4 month surgiversary)
