 Ran the Shamrock 8k with my son, we both did great!!!  Avereged a 10:30 mile with one "potty" break...What a great time!!! One more medal on the fireplace!!! I love it!!!!  I will miss the big races like this when I get to Guam!!!

50 minute jog along the little sugar creek greenway and around Freedom park.  All the crab apple and pear trees are in bloom.  Gorgeous and invigorating.

 Ohhhh, I used to live in Chapel Hill and I miss the ornamental pear trees that blossom this time of year. Spring has finally arrived in NC.

It must be spring. Seven miles run in 1:08. The last three miles were up a long hill. Really took everything to get up but felt good finishing.

Ran the Spectrum Health Irish Jig 5k in 0:26:33!  WOO HOO!  That's a new PR for me!  Average Pace 8:15!!  At one point, according to my iPhone, I was running a 7:35 pace!  Getting better with every run!  Love'n Life!  Run On!
