Full body lifting circuit doing back, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, and abs. Then a 5k run, then went to the pool later and did a 1300 meter swim.

 30 minute spinning working on cadence

We did something called 24 hr KB swings. We would swing a KB for 5-10 reps whenever we thought about it throughout the day. I got in 200 by the time I went to bed!
