Short, quick workout. Forgot my headphones and I came really close to just going home, but I didn't.

I walked/jogged a mile in 16:00 which might be the fastest ever since ...well, a really long time. Back in July, I could barely walk, and when I did it was about a 30min/mile pace, so this workout has me pumped for the day.

I did another mile of incline intervals, and was pretty tired after about 35:00 minutes.

Holy crap!  great job!  16 min/mile is no joke, especially with no music and coming from a 30 min/mile.  CONGRATS!
