 25 minutes of light swimming and "aqua-stretching" (ok I made that term up).. and some time in the sauna.  Gonna start a cycling heavy cycle for the next couple of weeks.. would be nice if we had some decent weather, but looks like it will all be spin class, trainer and exercise bike for me..

today is a planned rest day, which means I did my usual 10 minutes of stretching before I get out of bed.  I never think to count that as anything, but I do stretch every morning.  :)

annoyed that after running over 5 miles yesterday the scale has gone up.  I know, I know, water retention and all that.

2 x 20 minute power walk to work and home
90 minutes of pedaling under my desk
30 minutes of stepper/resistance band thingy under my desk
90 minutes walking the dogs up and down hills in my neighbourhood
45 minutes blaster ball routine
IF I have any steam left I'll do 30 minutes on the elliptical after dinner
